Noosa Fishing Report
25th October 2011
Hi Guys
The fishing for last week as expected were gusty S/SE, making conditions quite difficult to fish offshore, with the change on Friday allowed us to get amongst it for the weekend.
Trekka 1 & Trekka 2 from Fishing Offshore Noosa fished the local reefs on the weekend producing some great reefies, North reef produced snapper, peral perch, parrot, coral trout, whilst the commercial boys who went out wide boated mostly cod, snapper, perlies, & king fish.
The forecast for the weekend 5-10knots N/NE, so lets hope it stays this way. With all Northly conditions the best places to fish are Noth reef, Chardons & Sunshine reef, if the conditions stay in the range 5-10knots we should be able to get out wide to the Barwon Banks & Double Island point.
The whales are slowly migrating now so last minute to catch a view.
See Ya
